NOC is short for Network Operations Center. The term NOC refers to the organizational unit at Comarch responsible for providing technical support to clients and providing monitoring and desk services in the field of IT infrastructure and business applications for all types of companies and institutions.
The Global Operations Center checks the status of all customer requests at least once an hour. After creating and verifying the request, the engineer will call the customer back to let them know how and when the problem will be resolved. The frequency depends on the SLA with each customer.
