Do you have gas or stomach issues eating certain types of foods? I have too and it's not pleasant.So I'm going to share 6 types of foods to limit or stay away from so that lead to poor digestion. Here are the 6 types of foods that can be bad for digestion:
1 Foods that contain fructose (number one here is sodas...stay away from soda as much as possible)
2 Non organic dairy
3 Artificial sweeteners
4 Eating too much corn
5 Too many acidic fruits
6 Processed foods
