This question came from one our followers and it’s a question that comes up often when I’m coaching clients. It’s one thing getting over your fear of approaching a women but it’s another thing getting over the fear of actually touching woman on dates.
It’s important to get used to touching people, not necessarily just women, so that it becomes a natural part of your personality. We all know that animated person who loves to touch people when they’re around others as a way of expressing themselves. They comfortable with the idea so when they’re on a date it’s just something that they do naturally.
Watch the video to hear Ollie explain how to overcome this fear of touching girls on dates. Ollie gives you practical steps which you can use to practice with until you get to the point where it just happens naturally going forward.
It’s important to practice until you get to the point where it becomes part of your personality so that it comes across more natural. If it doesn’t feel natural then the women will feel this and it won’t work.
